BRAWN SD is an anabolic-androgenic product containing 2a, 17a-dimethyl-5a-androst-3-one-17b-ol, or Superdrol or S-Drol. 5α-dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is an active form of testosterone, a hormone with a strong anabolic and androgenic effect, responsible mainly for the development of sexual organs. S-Drol is not aromatized and has no affinity for progesterone receptors. However, by binding to SHBG, which may lead to an increase in free female hormones and lack of antiestrogenic effect, increases the risk of gynecomastia. Side effects associated with DHT, such as: prostatic hypertrophy, hair loss, or acne, should not occur, although it can not be ruled out. Sodium retention and accompanying retention of water in the muscles, less frequently under the skin are noticeable.
