Ibutamoren, more commonly known as "MK-677", is the most powerful and effective orally administered growth hormone when it comes to selective androgen receptor modulators. Simply put, the secretagogue is a substance that chemically signals the pituitary gland to increase the secretion of growth hormone MK-677, which can be compared to peptides such as GHRP-6 or Ipamorelin, but it does not require any injections, nor does it have similar side effects. Originally developed by Reverse Pharmacology, MK-677 was designed to combat conditions such as muscle atrophy, obesity, osteoporosis and, oddly, treatment of older hip fractured patients.
